Our much anticipated annual Christmas bazaar is here! The Super Brands  Christmas Bazaar  has just announced its 2012 dates for the sale of all sales.
 
This event will now be held at Damar Village's Covered Court and Multipurpose Hall, which will be transformed into an all-out shopping haven to accommodate more parking spaces.
 
The same suppliers and brands who have given you several years of bargains at Bellevue Bazaar are still on board at this year's bazaar, but they're gearing up for new brands, bigger and better items at super low prices for all overruns and end of season merchandises of imported brands.

ABOUT THE PROMO

i. “Kwentong Alaga sa Generika” is a Facebook promo embedded in a Facebook application. Contestants are asked to upload an entry with two components: Story and Photo. Stories must describe how Generika can take care of the participant or (if participant is not yet a customer of Generika) how Generika can improve the participant’s life. Photos must be of the participant in the story.

ii. Users can vote for their favorite entries.

iii. Judges will choose the winners based on the following criteria:

Relevance to Theme ‘Alaga ka’	20%

iv. The online promo period is from Oct 18 to Dec 12, 2012.

How to Join:

1. Like the Generika Facebook fan page.

2. Go to the “Kwentong Alaga sa Generika” app.

UPLOADING AN ENTRY

i. Before uploading, please ensure your browser’s pop-up blockers are disabled.

ii. Click the word “Upload” to go to the Upload tab.

3. Fill out the forms for their Name (first and last, which must match your valid ID), landline or mobile number, address, and email address

PHOTO COMPONENT
a. Upload a photo Note: Photos should be original and not copied from other users. Photos can be 500 kb max. Photos must be of the person being helped by Generika. All contestants must have prior permission to use the photo they are uploading.

STORY COMPONENT

b. Type in your ‘Alaga ka story:

b.i. Stories must describe how Generika takes care of the Participant or (if you are not yet a Generika customer), how Generika can help make their life better, i.e., how they are ‘Alaga ng Generika.’

b.ii. Stories must be 300 words or less.

b.iii. Stories can be in English, Filipino, or Taglish only.

iii. Once your picture is uploaded into the Gallery, you can “Vote,” “Share,” and “Delete” it.

iv. You can search for yours or your Friends’ entries by typing their name in the search box.

4. You can upload a maximum of three (3) entries, but all three entries must be of different images and stories. Duplicate photos/stories will be considered spam and subject to removal.

5. You may Vote even if you haven’t uploaded an entry. Just enter the app and go straight to the Gallery tab, where you can view and vote for entries.

6. All entries immediately become the property of Generika Drugstore.

7. Date of judging shall be on December 20, 2012 Thursday, at 5 pm PHT.

8. Any disqualified or blocked entry will be documented. This document will be the proof of the disqualification measures implemented in the submitted entry.

NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZES

9. Each winner will receive a confirmation letter via registered mail or courier once the winner has been announced on the Generika Facebook Fan page.

 

The winners will be announced on the Generika Facebook Fan Page on the following date: December 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM PHT.

 

10. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from receipt of winners’ notification will be forfeited in favor of Generika Drugstore.

 

11. Upon claiming their prizes, winners must present a copy of their confirmation letter and one (1) valid ID with their photo. Failure to present the requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

 

12. Should a winner be unable to personally collect her prize, she may designate a representative to do this instead. The winner must provide the representative with an authorization letter containing both their names. The representative must present a printed copy of the confirmation letter sent to the winner, a photocopy of the winner’s valid photo ID, and the photo ID of the representative.

 

13. The winners should collect their prize at:

14. Should a winner be unable to personally collect their prize or send a representative, the winner may have their prize delivered via courier. Winners should send, via email or fax, a copy of their valid government ID. Pure Online will send them an invoice for the shipping cost of their prize. Once the requirements are complete, Pure Online will send their prizes via courier.

 

15. All participants can only win once. If a participant wins more than once, they will win the prize of greater value; the prize of lesser value shall be forfeited.

 

16. Employees of Generika Drugstore., Pure Online Communications Inc., and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

 

17. All submitted entries will be deemed property of Generika Drugstore.

 

18. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
